James Pinlian Han

James is a senior turbomachinery engineer and product innovator with extensive experience in gas turbines, aerospace power systems, additive manufacturing, and end-to-end product realization.

His work includes more than a decade of additive micro gas turbine development spanning architecture, component design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing. He founded SMART PowerX to turn advanced engineering knowledge into manufacturable products and advance the long-term vision of a Free-Flight Era.

Hamdi Kozlu, Ph.D.

Hamdi brings senior leadership experience across aerospace, power, engineering, global operations, and commercialization, including executive experience at United Technologies and Pratt & Whitney.

His work at SMART PowerX focuses on business formation, operating discipline, finance, partnerships, and the path from technical capability to a durable company.
